• When you book the room, the additional $10.00 will not appear, the room rate is $149.00 plus taxes.

We have negotiated the best rate possible at the hotel and have committed to a block of rooms which will ensure that we have sufficient meeting and exibit space.

It is very important that we meet our room block to avoid stiff penalties.

The room block allows us to keep costs down for all involved - Exhibitors have lower booth charges and Attendees benefit by lower registration fees and the inclusion of food events.
