![]() General InformationTopicsPresentations should address seating and mobility issues for people with cerebral palsy, closed head injury, spinal cord injury, and neurological and neuromuscular disorders and issues for older people. Topics may also include service delivery issues such as funding and service delivery models. Keynote Address

Continuing Education CreditContinuing education credit will be provided. Deadline for SubmissionProposals must be received no later than June 4, 2004 Types of PresentationInstructional Course SessionsSessions will be one or two hours in length and can provide a forum for presentation of new service delivery models or technical applications. While the sessions should provide a structured learning experience, ample time should be allowed for audience participation and exchange. A two-four page paper to be included in the proceedings is required. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide computers for the presentors. Data Projectors will be in place in all rooms, if you have any other AV requirements, you MUST indicate your needs on the Proposal Form. If your proposal is accepted, presenters and coordinators are expected to register for the conference. In recognition of your contribution, each instructional session will receive one complimentary conference registration and a small honorarium. This must be shared by all presenting at your session. All travel and lodging expenses are your responsibility. Paper SessionsPaper presentations will be 15 minutes in length (including 5 minutes allotted for questions). Accepted authors will be required to provide a two-page written submission that will be included in the course proceedings. If your paper is accepted, you are expected to register for the conference and present the paper at the appointed session. Conference fee and all travel and lodging expenses are your responsibility. Special SessionsSuggestions for additional topics and formats are welcome. Please conact Linda Szczepanski with your suggestions. Poster SessionAccepted authors will be required to provide a two-page written submission that will be included in the course proceedings.
